Have you ever had a tough day at work, where you come home and you are so overwhelmed that you really dont want to interact with anyone? How do you handle it with significant other and/or loved ones?

Yes I have. What I usually did was to say Please, can it wait till later?. I've had a trying day at work. Let me chill out a bit and gather my thoughts. Worked most of the time. The only times it didn't was if my spouse also had a trying day.
