I wasn't always overweight, so I remember well what I looked like normal weight. Trying to get back to that weight.

I've always struggled with my weight. Always will. As far as loose skin, if you lose the weight SLOWLY and in a healthy manner (no crash or fad diets), plenty of exercise and heaps of water), you have a better chance of your skin shrinking with you as you lose weight. Theoretically, once you've got to your goal weight, your skin should still over time continue to tighten/shrink. It also depends on your own skin elasticity ~ some have better than others. It is one thing that has often crossed my mind. There are operations available to help in extreme cases of loose skin after major weight loss, or if you've lost the weight way too fast.

i didnt start getting chunky till i got out out high school. I was a chunky baby but im tall, may have had 145 pounds but with my height i didnt look bad. Still dont, its just the gut i got after my injury and i couldnt exercise.
