2006 ford taurus front brake pad replacement. Remove entire caliper? One or two pins? or does it slide up like '05 after removing one caliper pin? Need to compress with c-clamp prior to removal/moving?

    if the caliper slide has two bolts. both have to come out
    compress after removing. but use the old pad
    clamoping on the pistion can crack it
    use a pry bar to GENTLY lift the caliper off the rotor
    ONLY COMPRESS ONE SIDE AT A TIME, MEANING DON'T TAKE OFF BOTH CALIPERS AT ONCE
