Why would you marry someone you didn't trust? If you want a relationship with another person you have to trust because you can not be with them 24/7. I have been married over 24 years and trust my husband completely. He has never once given me any reason not to.

First of all, the relationship being engaged in is one that is not based on trust. The spouse is cheating and that person dating the spouse knows that. It's a relationship that's fundamentally flawed from the beginning. But for whatever reason has it's convenience - whether that's sex, money, mind, spirit, or etc. Trust is important but how can you trust someone who's cheating? No matter how justified or self-righteous the cheating may be you just can't get past that...and if you do then your lying to yourself.
