Very good! But I was educated in the 50's and 60's when learning English and Maths were the most important subjects of all. We were tested every day! The spinoff is a less reliance upon machines to do my thinking for me.

i'd say it's rather good. but my usage lies in a continuum. it's more or less relaxed depending on the situation. sometimes i use words like "gooder" when the context is appropriate. all in all, though, i have a better grasp of cases, tenses, and moods than any english speaker that i know.

My spelling is better than average, and I'm willing to use a dictionary if I don't know how something is spelled. My grammar is good enough that I know that "Is your spelling and grammar good?" is grammatically incorrect. It's "Are your spelling and grammar good?"

If i want it to be. Often when writing online, however, I don't bother with eliminating dangling prepositions and such. I'm choosing to assume that the incorrect structure of the question is for humorous irony.
