Yes, sometimes. When I stay home sick I tend to notice a larger variety between 7-4. It seems like each week is dedicated to a specific topic. If you have on demand from comcast, they have a great new series on dog fights

G'day Somnium, Thank you for your question. It probably does so because it gets good ratings for World War II documentaries and it can get footage fairly easily. Of course, if the public gets sick of it, it will probably change its programming so as to keep its subscribers. Regards

Yes, I feel the History Channel shows too many WWII documentaries. This most certainly is a result of the collapse of the USSR and the new spirit of openness when it comes to sharing documents. Now, we have access to another view of the war and we have had time to analyze this information. It seems almost a foregone conclusion that we will be bombarded with WWII until it makes us ill. Yes, war is hell. But, some of the aspects of WWII like the death camps go beyond hell.

Usually only around a holiday like Memorial Day. I find they show too many alien type shows.
