  • Most of the drugs that come into a prison are carried on the backs of underpaid guards and 'free people' who work and have access in the prison. Drug dealers in prison cut back money to their 'mules' (Guards/Free people). This is not only the 'easiest' way but also the 'safest' way. In California there is a minor investigation going on over how drugs are getting in. A bit red-faced the State is beginning to see that if it wants drugs to stay out of the prison system they will need to increase the wage for prison workers.
  • I hear most of the drugs come in with the screws. I am a law student.:)
  • Hooping seams to be the way to do it, you know...hiding it in the Ol' change purse.
