I have an Apple 2c from the 80's that still works
I just sold a desktop a few months ago, I it bought back in 2006. So nothing old here at the moment. My laptop is about one year old and my new desktop is 2 months old.
Not sure. The monitor was gov't surplus from the '70's or '80's, the tower was also early '80's, the motherboard ran a Pentium(s) and the 2 gig drive was probably middle '90's.
I like to cannibalize my old PC's. I use their parts in my newer PC's. If I were to put my oldest one back together it would work. It is an HP from 1998.
2004
I have a functional Mac Powerbook 180 (1993) with a dead battery; it needs to run off of AC power.
I have one from 1996-1997 running windows 98SE, 256MB RAM, 8MB VRAM, 400MHz, and 168GB harddrive (somehow). I still use it everyday.
I still have a TRS-80 CoCo from1984 I use to show my son how to do BASIC programming on.
I only have one and it's about 7 years old.
A couple of years old, from 2007. +5
I have an old PC that I use occasionally for trying out Linux systems. Not sure exactly what year but it has an AMD Athlon 1.7Ghz processor, so maybe around 2001.
Ours are all pretty new, 2008. +3
