    I think, from what I have been reading is that there is no definitive answer to this. Even on just how much damage passive smoking does to bystanders, there is disagreement.

    I am not really sure. However I don't think it is but that is not saying it is not either. Most people do not like second hand smoke and they say it makes them sick, so for some I would say no that it is not addictive to them.
