VuPoint Digital Film & Slide converter model FS-C1-VP-BX2 ceased to accept 35mm slides. Software hangs up at the point it is asked to "calibrate" itself. Worked fine for over 1000 transparencies. Using reprogramming disk did not work. Suggestions?
