What a great thing to do!! I do hope you are doing this with some guidance/instruction & not on your own...there's a right way to detox.....anyhow, I'll assume you have done your 'homework' and are doing it the correct way. Yes, your body is throwing off stuff in your digestive tract that has probably been there longer that it should...that is the purpose of detoxing...I've heard from those who know more about it than I do that it's a good idea to detox every Spring.....

Yes, that's always been my view on it. Glad to hear that it's working. Remember to do this twice a year, or at least annually.

How can it NOT be. If you are not eating you are letting the garbage eliminate. I think you need to get a book on detoxing, this is nothing to be guessing at.

You are just finally eating the fiber you've always need ed to move things out of your system. It's a good thing to be cleansing and pooping. Often when people restrict their eating too much, they quit going to the bathroom. But lots of excreting is a good thing. Keep it up...or out, I should say :-)
