There is someone currently sending spam answers to dozens of questions. Is it appropriate to flag them once or flag them in each separate answer?

Report spammers to the CLs and/or go to feedback (bottom of each page) on that members' profile page, and report them. They will be PBed, which will stop them from spamming. For the list of current CLs, see http://www.orangefrogproductions.com/ofp2m_faq_ab_policing.shtml#cl BTW: I am a CL.
