How the hell do I give people points for answering my questions?? I dunno how!

    Click on the '+' sign, which is found above the words 'Rate answer' to the right of the text of the answer. At first you can only give 1 point at a time, but the number of points you can award builds up the more points you gain from answering and asking questions yourself.

    there is a box with there answer that says rate this answer with the number zero in it...click it
