No. But one time this guy told me to "stay white" when I was like 11. Even at 11 I thought to myself "What the hell does that mean? Kind of don't have a choice in the matter, do I?"

We are not included in the hate crime statutes last I heard. However, I have been attacked accompanied by a racial slur before the first blow landed. I was too busy fighting to pay attention to anything during the fight. I think that would count as a hate crime if my ethnicity were included in hate crime statutes. I think vandalism including swastikas painted on garages (I am not a Jew) would count but I am not sure.
