I'm sure you've heard it a million times before, but it only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg. I'd advise that you practice safe sex in future, and if you have any more immediate concerns, consult your GP as soon as possible.

This is actually pre-ejaculatory fluid and is meant to be used as a lubricant to aid sperm through the vagina. It does not contain sperm. However, if there is sperm and STD's remaining in the urethra from previous activity, then it will be carried by the fluid and can get you pregnant. It is unlikely, yet entirely possible, especially given a more sexually active male, as they are more likely to have living sperm left over.
