Yes, I have bought two computers from them and actually the state government where I live does business with them.

Yes, I have heard of them. A distant family member routinely does business with them and believes they are a completely trustworthy site from his experiences and research.

newegg is legit. They usually have pretty good deals, and from what I understand they do a good job of taking care of their customers. It's a big, popular site, and it's been around since at least 2000. You don't get that big and stay around that long unless you've got something going on.
