Once, it took them half an hour to get my order right. I first ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and after 10 minutes, they gave me just the buns then later, I only got a regular Quarter Pounder so I waited until I finally got a Double Quarter Pounder and there was hair in the fries and no ice in the coke..

Well, I definately found a hair in my McChicken sandwich from Mickey D's. When I took it back I didnt get not one apology nor did I get anything free. They just replaced my sandwich. The best experience was when I was at IHOP and my boyfriend and his nephews food came out before mine and mine took a long time. they were almost done eating before I got to start. The waitress apologized and gave us our drinks and refills for free. :0) That's good service.

I came into McDonalds and saw a young lady covered in paint. I smiled and said "It is you." She stared coldly. Did I say something bad?
