Nope. You can only give out or detract what AB says you can.

Not with the current system, but I've heard there is a beta version which will allow this feature. I can't remember which ABer was testing it, but I'm sure they were a sage at least (if that narrows it down for you!)

Not yet. Notice I said "yet". I'm on the beta testing team for the new AB 5.0 that will be launching in the near future. We DO have that ability there. It's a scale that you can award from 1 to your maximum allowed at the level you are at. That feature will quite possibly make it past the beta stage and be incorporated in the new Bag that everyone will be using.
