Why do people from the colder regions say that global warming isn't real, do they have an ulterior motive?

30 years ago, people were afraid of global cooling, we were certain another ice age were just around the corner (about now to be exact) and now we are concerned about global warming. Heating and cooling are cyclical. Remember it takes 10 years of non-average temperature to make the average temperature. Oh, yeah, I live in Florida

Which people? There isn't a colder, populated region than that of the Inuit people, who have been forced to move their villages inland for years now.

It really has nothing to do with hotter or colder regions (although there seems to be a concensus that people in warmer enviroments work slower..) it´s just about facts. Most important about making sure you have ALL the facts before stating BS...

People in all regions are questioning this one. There is no concensus of opinion/document-based data, etc. among the scientists. All the research $$$ are getting thrown at the global warming side of the issue. Industry is making $$$ re eco-friendly merchandise and services.
