... running only makes it slightly more difficult to aim, so there would still be a 'BANG' and the bullet would still exit the barrel, but accuracy may be reduced ... slight chance that a strong recoil might also adversely affect balance while running ... possibly stumble ...

A bullet would come out of the barrel of the gun and most likely hit someone or something ... what did you THINK would happen ? Fireworks ?

why the hell would you run and fire? in a real life situation you'd be behind cover or something like that, unless you're having a gunfight with a man who's legally blind.
