Question

Help answer this question below.

I just got completely totaled in a car accident. Any help on what is most likely to happen. And what are my options? It was her fault 100%, and I have physical evidence and witnesses to prove it. I have no car to get to work and doc says I can't work.

This is where auto insurance comes into play.

Did the other driver have insurance? if so, their insurance will pay for your vehicle, your medical bills, salary and rental of another car.

If she does not, your insurance will take over and your insurance company will sue the other driver. a lien will be placed on any assets the other driver may have. this, of course, will be a court decision.

I hope you have auto insurance. your attorney will file the necessary papers in court for you.

Your insurance company will get a copy of the accident report and take it from there.

If you have not contacted your insurance agent, do so.
