My daughter's father is refusing to change one of his visitation days, but it's only once, for one day. I really don't want to go through the court again just for one day. Is there any other way around this? He's only doing this to spite me anyway!!

Spite or not, the agreement says what it says and the only way to change the agreement is with a stipulation or order of the court. Often people just do whatever they please, and "dare" the other party to go to court about it, knowing that the expense and hassle are big deterrents. So you could do that too, yes? -
