Eggs are the first food that come to mind. Packed with protein (complete & quality protein), minerals, vitamins and not too much fat. Tomatoes are good, as they contain vitamin C. Milk is great, vitamins, minerals and proteins (again). Meat (Red lean meat) is an excellent source for minerals for your body (iron, zinc). There is no single food that provides for all your needs, but as long as you eat a variety of foods (fresh vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, meats, dairy) you will come up trumps in the health stakes.
