Sure but since water is inamimate and hense lifeless, God would have to be pretty bored or getting senile to do such a thing, and I don't think neither would be the case. If God were talking to the sea life how would it go. God: glug glug, glug glug gluggedy glug? fish: glug glug. -- dramatic pause --- gulp 'fish get's eaten by bigger fish' God: 'giving eulogy to fishes family glug, glug glug glug glugged glug gluggingly glug No your question is as rediculous as this past little marine tale / tail.

Strange question but I thgink so. Why not He can do a lot of things we don't understand why couldn't that be one of them?
