My employer...? No, but my superiors? Occasionally but not really. It's more of, "Do your job, and if you screw up I'll let you know."

Well, my last employer had profit sharing at his company. I did my best, and was rewarded handsomely in some of my paychecks. He and I are still best friebds to this day.

she yells at me and tells me to do more work, when everyone else is standing around and talking. and then threatens to write me up or fire me. only because i literally cannot do four things at once, not to mention serving customers. i <3 my boss ... >:(
