unions screw you over they say they give benefits to workers but what they do is take out pay for insurance at an outrageous price, give you a messed up 40k, and leave you to hell when you are sixty if you are lucky enough to retire.

Obviously there are pros and cons to both sides. Though being in a union might charge you some for insurance, benefits and so on, they also protect their workers unless the fault is undeniably the employees. I don't think I have anything to worry about, so I would prefer not being in a union.

No union for me. I was in a union once and the company treated union workers like sh*t.
