No union for me. I was in a union once and the company treated union workers like sh*t.
Obviously there are pros and cons to both sides. Though being in a union might charge you some for insurance, benefits and so on, they also protect their workers unless the fault is undeniably the employees.
I don't think I have anything to worry about, so I would prefer not being in a union.
unions screw you over they say they give benefits to workers but what they do is take out pay for insurance at an outrageous price, give you a messed up 40k, and leave you to hell when you are sixty if you are lucky enough to retire.
Should there be a law that prevents foreign owned subcontractors from shortchanging American shills?
