Yes, I read it a while back when my the higher-up people at my mother's work place made everyone read it. I took the chance to read it after she was done, since I was curious what the book was about and why the people at her workplace were making her read it. (I never heard of it before that) I thought it was an interesting concept, but I really am not much for the motivational books. I can see why it was given to the employees, but it didn't make me think differently or anything.
