Why is it, when you call tech support for your computer, and they put you on hold. Every 30 seconds a recording tells you for faster service visit their website????(If I could do that I wouldnt need you):)

For the same reason IT managers say "Don't sign on to the computer, I'll send out an email when it's ok to use". Because their brains get no air while they are sitting down.
