Everything would seem fresh and new to everybody everyday. It would also instill freedom from pathological ideas that breed hatred and bigotry. Every udes of this new substance would be innocent and full of energy.

There would be no prejudice. Arguements would be forgotten before the day was through. Love would be expressed joyfully and freely. Most problems would be solved with a hug and a kiss. People would look at the world with an open mind.

No but there would be a lot of angry parents. (oops) EDIT I don't think it would make any difference because we still all have that little kid inside us and use it when the time is appropriate.
