• When I lived in LA, I lived on the beach. If you lived in the valley, you were GU (Geographically Undesirable). Would take two hours just to get to the neighborhood. Now, we are talking about dating, not bethrothing.

• Well, I am not in that frame of mind any longer. Why should I do things because other people want that? I am a loner big time and I love my life this way far better than when I used to have dates, relationships etc. I had 3 loooong term relationships and I'm done. They were all good and I am ready for my life in my own terms. I am not lonely. I am merely alone a lot by choice.

• When you mentioned lonely, I remember being with an ex and for the first time in my life, I felt lonely and he was right there in the same room. I never want to feel that again.

• On top of everything else, I had to have surgery on my shoulder. My spirits are low. I'm tired of going through all of this and the fears have risen. I'm healing and feel like I've been slugged and left for the garbage.
