Not everyone is familiar with the news story. There are people from all over the world here. The question made no ref. to the story or any context at all. Other questions on the topic did and made way more sense. . No, it wasn't me who flagged it but I don't blame whoever did.

CNN says there was a basket or box attached to the balloon.The balloon was not visually filmed right from the start.CNN also reported that the balloon could have the lift of up to 100 pounds.Also his brother said he saw his brother crawl into the box,and it is reported someone seen an object falling from the balloon. This is not to say that the boy was in the box,though with no reports of the boy being found we will have to wait and see. At this point anything is possible.

Someone there at AB hadn't heard the news;is a possibility I suspect.They thought the incident was not possible ? Sure that knowledge will change things now.
