This is why people shouldn't weigh themselves so often..your body weight changes often..yes and usually more often for women..especially around the time of menstraul cycle..weigh yourself no more than once a week..try to this at the same time..in the same environment and with the same amount of clothing on..otherwise you will just get frustrated with the change in weight..

There really isn't a need to keep it more consistent. Your weight is suppossed to change throughout the day it is a combination of food and water. To get an accurate measurement only weigh in the morning before breakfast and after you pee naked. Daily weigh-ins are good. Twenty pounds starts with one so it is best to nip weight gain in the bud.
