  • No he does not. Here's a link with several of his little racist comments. http://newsone.com/obama/top-10-racist-limbaugh-quotes/
  • haah So Rush is going to sue for libel! There's a can of worms he might not want to open. It's my bet he is playing this purely to push his "Boo Hoo Big bad liberals are being mean to me" load of manure. Will he sue? I doubt it. He might even make some noise about not being able to get justice for his true believers to gobble up and regurgitate but in the end what is really left to say. He made a serious of statements that offended people who now do not wish to work with or for him. He is the piper and now he has been paid for his tune.
  • Yes of course. CNN has used quotes that Rush never said and they have been debunked. Rush has damages and could be awarded millions of dollars along with an embarrassing retraction from CNN and the rest of the crew. CNN.http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/abraham/detail??blogid=95&entry_id=49546 Rush Limbaugh did not make "James Earl Ray" statement
  • Yes he does, it's time to start punishing the so called news orginazation for running stories before any kind of fact checking,,,,can you here me Rick Sanchez
  • The problem here is the burden of proof that Rush would have to meet. According to the Fox News report, he would have to prove that he NEVER made such a statement. How does he prove that? You could go through his 21 years of national radio show transcripts and all that could be proved from that is that he never said it on his national show. You could add to this the transcripts from is previous jobs as a radio broadcaster (if they all still exist) and all that you could prove is that he didn't say it on the radio. Most of his life has not been broadcast. So, all that it would take for the opposition is to find one person who claims to have heard Rush make the statement in some venue where it was not recorded and the news organizations would have cover whether this "witness" was being truthful or not.
