Hmm...good question. Stomach ache is worse. With the other two I can get up and walk around and still function. With a stomach ache I dont want to move. It effects my whole body.

toothaches give you headaches so its like a 2 for 1

I vote headache. Only because I havn't had toothache or a stomach ache for years! (Touch Wood) But I get regular headaches.
