I had a girl friend like this~~she had a eating disorder and there was no meat on her bones~~she could not have me have a normal sexual relationship as I was afraid I would hurt her ~she was so skinny that she had nothing above and very little below~~and she stopped having her periods But she still thought she was *fat* and I weighed over 275 pounds and was six feet one
