Yes, you need help. The first person to turn to is yourself. But the help you can get is from someone who knows how to guide you through your own issues. That usually means a counselor who is familiar with this type of issue. You are not alone, others have the same experiences and reactions. Try a local hospital, the neuropsychiatric ward and ask for referrals and for a specialist in this type of issue. I'm pulling for you.

first off does it make you dislike yourself. iF you feel bad or discusted with yourself for it channel that into a determination to find the self control to stop. It sucks i know. Why did you start cutting in the first place? Anger hate depression? Are you artistic or creative or athletic or have any other feild of interest you could channel that ocd behavior to? if so try it. If not find something. and let me know how it goes cause you're not alone. When i get angry i scratch myself bloody. i have fingernail scars.
