Take a look at your bill of sale and see if it says anything about the vehicle having a sports package. If it does, you have a case, if not, then it's your word against theirs. Also, look at the model of the car, i.e. if it is a LS, EX, SS, LE etc. If there is an "S" in the model, then it is most likely considered to have a sport package. A sport package may also be nothing more than simply a manual transmission over an automatic. Good luck!

i do have a witness and on my car it doesn't say anything about that.So loke i sad i've been told by the sales man what package car has and if you drive the car you'll not gonna see any difference. regarding the bill of sale it doesn't say anything. sport package comes with special breakes system, different software on ECM and suspension is different also. Thank you
