  • It Might be your MAF (mass air flow) sensor. If that is the problem your check engine light should be on. in which case I would recommend going to auto zone if there is one nearby. Get them to pull the codes, the MAF sensor will more than likely come up.
  • It could also be an idle sensor I'm not really 110% sure how the jeeps are set up.
