  • what car? what horsepower? size of engine (cylinders valves?)
  • I assume you mean the Ford 7.3L V8. The 7.3 L V-8 diesel engine used since 1994 puts out 250 hp at 3,300 rpm, 525 lb.-ft. of torque at 2,000 rpm and is mated to the new TorqShift 5-speed automatic transmission. I'm guessing the 1989 isn't much different. !!!!!!!!! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! Sorry just found that the 1989 Ford uses an International Harvester Diesel 7.3L V8 has 210 HP and 520 lbs of torque. http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of-ford-vin-codes
  • it is the same engine still international harverster even if it say navastar on the rocker cover.... same horse power unless it has a turbo or a injector pump that is turned up.....
  • even if it was a power stroke still international haverstore....... international figures horse power at the end of the crank shaft...... un like cater piller they figure horse power at the drive wheels..... the power shift auotmatic in a 94 makes up the difference and most 94 had the turbo. on them...
