Strongly in favor of getting preggo. Some sperm makes its way through the urethra through a drop or two of secretions before ejactulation, and what is more withdrawal does not always happen perfectly on time. Normally there are 100s of millions of sperm per ejaculation. Reducing the count to a few million does not buy much since it only takes one.
