My arealae are about 1 and a half inches in diameter. They are very soft, very pale pink although they go deeper pink when I am aroused, and smooth and slightly puffy - not raised at all. They do not have a definite edge. When my nipples are sucked on, or they are cold, the arealae really crinkle up and stick out. When I orgasm, they turn darker pink and get puffier.
