Hi, i am on implanon since june 2009 last week and i get my periods next month 6 days and then aug some spottings come than no periods come..i m feeling weekness,periods pain but not coming ,stomact bloting,feeling vomting..plz let me knw can i get preg

My period this month has been very light (almost non-existent).It only lasted a day.I've been on the pill for 5years & my periods usually last around 3-4 days.Why might it be light this time?? Is there need for concern? I took a preg test&it was negative.
