Speak for yourself, I always think Courtney Cox looks a bit rough. I see plenty of women her age who are far more attractive and with a few more curves. I actually think her body is really unattractive - she has always been far too skinny. I'd rather see a woman that age with a bit more flesh on her.
Most men that age don't look like Brad Pitt. They don't keep in shape, for one. I mean, I'm not a girl who sees buff as a prerequisite, but most men past their late thirties are carrying extra weight on the belly and don't make that much effort with how they look.

No one puts a gun to these men's heads and forces them to cheat. Even if they're no longer attracted to their wives, there are more constructive ways to deal with the issue besides cheating.
With that said, a woman's beauty is not a good predictor of cheating behavior. One of my acquaintances was one of the most gorgeous women in town. She looked like a blond version of Michelle Trachtenberg. Yet her husband still cheated on her. If she can't keep a man, then there's not much hope for any other women. As the adage goes, for every beautiful woman, there's a man who's tired of sleeping with her.

If a man is only interested in what you look like, then he's not going to be a true friend, let alone a true partner and a woman's life married to such an idiot will be lonely, miserable, insecure.

I don't even know who that is. However, I don't think I should have to look like her. My boyfriend has told me he is attracted to me and that's what matters to me. On another note, .. you may find Courtney Cox attractive, but that doesn't mean that every other man on the planet does as well. Maybe this question doesn't even apply to me since I'm nowhere near 35-43, but still.

No attack intended here but your question phrasing is interesting as it speaks of a mindset, "can't look" and "maybe". You have already set up failure on the side of women and guaranteed nothing on the side of men...interesting.
Whether or not a person will cheat on their partner or not, has more to do with their personal set of "core values". The appearance of a persons spouse whose "core values" would allow them to cheat, will only play into or postpone the cheating to a minor degree. To place a burden of blame on the spouse for not keeping up their looks etc. is just an excuse and justification for their miss-conduct with in the relationship.
Should each partner in a relationship try to look their best for themselves and their partner yes of course they should. However it has to be kept in mind that environmental factors (time, genetics, having children, working long hours...) will play into their looks. In this youth=beauty/desirability culture both partners need to be kind, loving, caring and accepting of each other as they age. Neither is the person they were when they first got together.
Ah for the day when age, experience, and attitude come to be seen as beautiful and the value of a person is no longer judged by the firmness of their flesh...

Looking like Courtney Cox is certainly no guarantee that a guy will not cheat. I've been told frequently that I look like her. To no avail. Most men will cheat at some point on their partner's in their lifetime together. But things are even now since I slept with his best friend. What's good for the goose.......

I have always been over weight and I wouldn't say I was a great beauty, but, I have been married almost 25 years to a very faithful man who loves me for who I am. I also still have guys hitting on me so I guess I am not an old has been. When you grow up you will find that looks are just not as important as you think they are when your a child.
