If I had to choose one or the other, then Criss (Chris?) Angel I haven't seen a great deal of either, but I found him mor entertaining than Blaine *shrugs*

Hmm...hard to pick. Blaine seems to be on Thorazine but Angel is the hieght of self-absorbed theatrics. Both can be hard ot watch. Still, I think their magic is pretty cool.

I don't know anything about Davif Blaine, but Criss Angel I feel takes himself way too seriously. I really am skeptical about him, mostly because I have never seen him in person. I suppose I could go to vegas and find out... but I don't actually believe whats happening. I want to, but it feels funny. If it were real magic it definately would not be broadcast on national T.V. I can guarantee that. I can't choose either, for lack of information and because I think Criss takes himself too seriously.

Criss Angel is, in my opnion, a bit to fake... I really do beleive he does the whole bit where you just do something very obviously fake if you see it, yet on a camera shot it looks very convincing - and just get the audience to cry and shreik with disbleif in order to make it look good. David Blaine therefore, gets my vote, even though he is guilty of the same thing - just on a lesser scale.

Well, I heard of Criss Angel but I never saw his tricks. So I think David Blaine. But, I know how David Blaine does his tricks, which makes his tricks look pretty normal sometimes. I think the best magician/illusionist is David Copperfeild. He's a pro. :D

Umm....Mines Criss Angel, Hes The Post-Modern Day "Magician". David Blaine Bores Me, Wheres The Excitement. Criss Angel Has More Excitement He Puts You In Amazement And Curiousity. I Got Bored Watching David Blaine After The First 10 Mins. My Dad Agrees With Me But My Dad Says "Criss Angel Is a Little Bit Too Full Of Himself" I Say That Too umm.... David Blaine is very very very dull and all he managed to do when he did his last stunt in London was make a pain in the ass of himself and generate a huge bill from the police. I have to ask, what is the point of him being here?

It just has to be Chris Angel man I mean he does awesome tricks that really appeal to everyone. Don't get me wrong David Blane's tricks take your breath away but Chris Angel takes it to the extreme.

I like David Blaine cause he obviously does stuff that's not just magic/illusion. Plus his illusions are actually realistic (or more realistic than Chris Angels). Chris Angel is just like "here, watch me stab this pole through my chest then fly to the moon." David Blaine's stuff makes you think and question weather it was real or not.

I usually can make Chris Angel disappear from my screen relatively quick. I like the way that Blaine presents his tricks much better than Angel.

Neither can hold a candle to Harry Houdini, do some searching and read about him. He was incredible. They are in 1st grade comparitavely speaking.

Criss Angel is without a doubt the most inventive and trumps Blaine when it comes to the shear effect, but Blaine takes a traditional stance on illusion, showing off his knowledge and perfection of since made illusions as well as making some of his own.

I accidentally caught a snippet of Chris Angel the other day. He was showing an upcoming scene from a stunt he was about to do, and narrating "Could this be the stunt that finally does me in?" And I started yelling at the TV like "If it WAS, then why would you be narrating it retrospectively, dim bulb?" He totally ruined THAT illusion! :D I'm gonna go with David Blaine.

They are both very good at what they do. It's like asking which is better, a char broiled steak or southern fried chicken. It's all in what you like.

Both are great magicians/illusionists, but I'd say Criss Angel is better than David Blaine.

One is really not better than the other, they are both good at what they do. They just do different types of illusions.

David Blaine is pretty cool. At least he doesn't try and act like he's trying to seduce every little girl in attendance. Cris Angel is a no talent hack who women only like because he's "HOT". There are plenty of magic acts that do the same stuff as he does without having to get the little girls to drool to distract them. Try for instance Penn and Teller same shit but funny as hell.
