I've given birth to 3 babies. They see it all when you have a kid. It doesnt bother me b/c I know its for a medical reason. And that reason only.
-
I was when I was younger, but not so much anymore.
-
Doesn't worry me although last time I had a pap the doctor took a cellphone call. I didn't like that!!
-
A little, but I usually get over it.
-
I am sometimes but I changed doctors until I found one I was comfortable with. He's very professional and I find it easy to tell him what the problem is, which is the main thing I guess.
-
Nah... They and nurses in the hospital have seen it all before a million times. It's a LITTLE embarrassing to think about it, but when they keep it business-like, there's no problem. (BTW: I have had female doctors, and it seems a BIT strange, but like I said, they've seen it all before.)
-
No, they are a doctor and qualified to.
-
I just do what I need to do, and jump off that table......and I'm outta there.:)

yes

I'm male, and recently I did a self exam and found a lump on one of the boys.Turned out OK, but my nads got more action from strangers than they've seen in a long time. My view is as long as she keeps me healthy she can look at anything she wants.
-
I use to be, but after many surgeries and exams....it's just another day.
-
It's not a matter of being shy, it's just completely weird, strange, awkward, etc. i had to do a sonogram to check to see if I had a cyst and the guy practically abused me lol. I was traumatized for days after ward's.
-
I will only talk about it witha female doctor. Its just to awkward with a male doctor.
-
Once I got a female doctor. I thought I would be embarrassed but I wasn't.
-
i actually had her tell me once "you don't need to take off so many clothes" ... so i guess that would be a NOT SHY for me
-
Not shy, just uncomfortable. I am female, and would only see another female doctor for such examinations.
-
I was at first but after 16 something years with the same doctor its so routine now that i dont even give it a second thought!
-
I'm slightly uncomfortable, but doctors and nurses are very careful in keeping most of your body covered when you have an exam. They treat you with much respect and tell you everything they are doing, so that you feel more comfortable. What I'm usually thinking is "Am I ok? more than "they are looking at me". I'm sure they have seen enough body parts that we are just part of their job.
-
Not shy at all.
