It could just be going through it's regular molt. They replace all their feathers at least once a year. They should be growing back soon. Now if your bird is getting naked and the feathers look a little ratty or crumbly, the bird could have feather mites. Then you may need to get it to a vet to make sure that it what's wrong and some powder to kill the mites.
