  • You never get a response these days. Don't bother asking.
  • Your response could just be fixing the problem. They rarely respond individually unless really necessary. And your answer could also be "no".
  • you have to be online twenty four seven to get an answer from staff. they have to interrupt their fun time of giving members negative points. good luck.
  • I have been here 3 years and have had ONE reply from Caitlin when she first started going through the feedback Channel. I am afraid if I really want a reply or have a problem I will try feedback but know it is a total waste of time. I tend to go to the Head honcho. He is the only person that ever seems to bother to reply. Very short and businesslike but at least you do get a reply and something is usually done about your problem I am a Hemingway person anyway .I do not want reams of pages of answers just an acknowledgment of my problem.
