  • My answer would be immediate - no. I am against the death penalty and would vote against it if placed on a jury. Then again, my understanding is that juries deliver the verdict, not the sentence.
  • Depends on the circumstances, doesn't it? But I can think of cases where the answer would be, the time that it takes my brain to give my mouth the order to say, "YES"!

  • Apparently, you never sat on a jury. There is no way to give a correct answer to your question. 12 men and women all have different opinions and vote differently. Juries have deliberated as short as 10 minutes and as long as days to reach a verdict. There is no set time limit for a jury.
