I'm not really sure about Ohio but I can surmise the following. Unemployment is paid from a fund that employers pay into. In order to have to pay into the fund, an employer must pay his employees at least that amount. If he doesn't pay them that much, he doesn't have to pay into it and they aren't eligible to draw from the fund. Ohio may also require you to be displaced from a full-time job to be eligible.

You shouldn't qualify for unemployment. $100.00 per week is less than you should be saving for a rainy day.
