There is no such thing as divorcing your parents. However, you can be emancipated(need to be at least 15 I think). But you need to prove to the courts that you can fully support yourself- financially.
How many states have people in court trying to say, "Yellow MEANS STOP!"? Iowa does.

Okay I liked the answers to my last question I feel better about fighting this ticket now. my son is a minor and I was denied representing him in court, and need an iowa code thats states I can tell him what to say and he just repeats me. HELP!!!!
